Supporting Documentation

Carriers must provide copies of operating authority, W9 and SCAC if you have one. Carrier's Insurance Agent must provide an insurance certificate showing cargo and auto liability listing SHIPPERS POINT LLC P.O. Box 14471 , Tumwater , WA 98511 as the certificate holder; other copies are not acceptable. All documents may be emailed to customer-service@shipperspoint.com or faxed to (360) 588 3279

Registering or renewing membership as a CARRIER to use the Shippers Point load and truck center;
Carrier agrees that no loads accepted from registered shippers through the Shippers Point web site, www.shipperspoint.com, will be brokered to any other trucking company and all loads accepted from shippers through www.shipperspoint.com will be transported on company owned or permanently leased trucks. 

Carrier affirms that carrier does not hold any truck broker authority and also affirms that it does not own or operate any truck brokerage under a separate name. Carrier further affirms it does not work as an agent or employee for any truck broker under a separate ownership.

If a carrier completes registration and has paid the user fee to register in Shippers Point and Shippers Point discovers Carrier has a truck broker authority as described above, carrier's account will be closed and there will be no refund of any collected user fee.

Sharing login information with any non-registered carrier, truck broker or shipper to access information in Shippers Point will result in permanent restricted access to the Shippers Point web site.
 
Brokering any loads obtained through www.shipperspoint.com will result in immediate discontinuation of access to the Shippers Point web site with no refund of any paid fees. 

Shippers Point, LLC will debit carrier's submitted credit/debit card for the membership period and will automatically debit funds at the end of each membership period for the next membership period unless carrier cancels service no less than two (2) business days in advance of renewal date by e-mail to customer-service@shipperspoint.com. If carrier fails to notify Shippers Point of the intent to cancel membership, the card of record will be debited for the next three month period or one year, whichever applies to the carrier membership.

The fee to use the web site is charged to your credit/debit card in the amount of $100 for three months or $350 per year prepaid. Declined Credit card transactions may be charged a $10.00 processing fee.
Fees will be charged automatically if not cancelled per above. 
There are no refunds of any paid user fees. 
For security purposes, all credit and debit card information is encrypted.

Registration in the Shippers Point web site is for a single office location. Carrier's Branch Offices, Agents or Terminals are not authorized to access the Shippers Point web site without first registering in Shippers Point, paying appropriate user fees and agreeing to these Terms of Service and Terms of Use. 
During registration, if "Receive E-mail notifications" was enabled, carrier will receive email notification of new loads. If carrier does not wish to receive email notifications, carrier can contact Shippers Point via email to customer-service@shipperspoint.com or phone (360) 588 2321 or follow removal instructions included in each email notification.

The user name is carrier's complete e-mail address and the password was chosen during registration. All are case sensitive. If help is required to login, call (360) 588-2321. 

Violation of the Terms of Service and Terms of Use will result in restricted access to Shippers Point with no refund of any paid user fees.
